Eat and Drink and Ideal Home Show – two festivals under one roof

What better way to relaunch my site than with a little giveaway? The Ideal Home Show is returning to Manchester in June , and this year has a mini festival in its belly: Eat and Drink Festival.

Eat and Drink is promising all the current trends in food – from what’s hot in street food to home cooking techniques to make your friends green with envy.

The Foodie Lab is the demo theatre where you’ll find all sorts of demos from the likes of Aldo Zilli  and an amazing local pastry chef called Brett Pistorius. The Drinks Station will welcome experts in everything from Italian wine to gin.

The Chefs Table will allow you to break bread with fellow foodies and maybe even some chefs. The Artisan Market should be a great place to mooch and shop for treats to take home, and when you’ve worked up an appetite The Great Eat will be full of street food vendors to send you home happy.

And of course, being part of The Ideal Home Show means that you can plan your dream kitchen while you are there too- there is a dedicated kitchenware area with some fantastic brands exhibiting.
