Cheese is a passion of mine. I have been very lucky to have been a judge at the International Cheese and Dairy Awards on numerous occasions, and in 2023 I also judged at the Artisan Cheese Awards.

Whilst I love nothing more than mooching around cheese shops, delis and markets, and reading about the best cheese that the UK has to offer, I believe very strongly that decent cheese is available to everyone if you know where to look. So what’s coming next was a natural step…
