Just a short post- more of a query really.
A couple of months ago I bought a 20cm Kuhn Rikon cake tin from TK Maxx.
Anyway, everything I cook in it rises badly / doesn’t rise at all. These could be new recipes or tried and tested favourites, so I am confident that it isn’t anything I am doing wrong.
I think it is aluminium but not sure because I no longer have the packaging and can’t seem to find one online.
Can anyone suggest why this particular tin is producing flat cake or is it just one of those things?
