Well aren’t I a lucky lady? A few weeks ago Bako North Western, a supplier of all sorts of food and ingredients to the catering industry, held a Twitter competition to find the best chocolate cake. I submitted my heart-stopping Nutella cheesecake, and one online vote later, I won!

I’ve now decided that I want all of my recipes to be like this – it is so clean and fun isn’t is.
And if that wan’t enough, I will soon be receiving a hamper of Callebaut chocolate goodies to do even more baking with. Lucky, as my 2.5kg bag of Callebaut is just about empty – I seriously don’t know how I manage to get through these so quickly and I don’t ever eat it outside of cooking!
So thank you Bako for immortalising my cheesecake.
