Desert Island Dish March Round Up

Starting a new project, in your personal life or at work, is always nerve wracking. So I was chuffed, relieved and touched that you guys got involved in my first link up for Desert Island Dish.

This month’s theme was fruit and I’ve some great recipes to share.

Jacqui over at Recipes Made Easy shared this lovely raspberry mousse– I can almost taste how sharp and zingy they are! Desert Island Dish Round Up

I think that we all need to appreciate how Lisa / MumDadPlus4 has made a perfectly healthy banana pudding into something naughty and nice with the addition of Irish Cream! Desert Island Dish Round Up

This blood orange upside down cake shows these seasonal jewels off perfectly. Thank you to Shaheen from Allotment to Kitchen for sharing.Desert Island Dish round up

Savoury dishes are of course always very welcome and over on Caroline Makes, she has made coronation chicken a healthier option. I love it on a sandwich!

Another banana option, they would be plentiful on desert islands, is this stunning banana and biscoff cake from Kat at The Baking Explorer. Desert Island Dish Round Up

I also added my lemony flapjack as they’d be good for island adventures! Desert Island Dish Round Up

Thank you to everyone who took part 🙂

April’s theme will be Easter (of course)  and will go live on the 1st or 2nd (work allowing) so do get involved if you can. I am hoping for everything from chocolate to lamb, and all the seasonal feasts in between.
